Sure Link's Systems maintains a staff of qualified engineers and technicians who perform on-site services for the full deployment of chosen technology. Our technical field staff consists of two groups; field services and network engineering. The standard services performed by these groups include the following: Site Surveys Field Engineers visit each site to verify physical requirements for the systems and define the work needed to comply with system specifications. This is also an opportunity to inventory existing assets. Our Field Implementation teams use a variety of automated tools and processes to perform these site surveys and manage the vast amount of information generated through this process. Network Install Sure Link System's field engineers and technicians provide all on-site data and voice communications and power wiring networks to support the systems. We are authorized to work on all new construction and major renovation sites, including major urban areas. All work is performed by full-time Sure Link Systems associates, trained in the latest network techniques and installation approaches. Equipment Placement and Removal The technicians receive the systems, uncrate, test, and then place in the desired locations throughout the facility. The systems are connected to either Sure Link Systems installed networks or existing networks and fully tested for operation. When needed, we load software or port over files from existing controllers and processors. All installations are completed with a full test. Site Modifications Based on the individual site requirements, we modify physical aspects of the building to provide physical network routing with trenching, channeling or drilling of concrete flooring, or provide for the correct placement of equipment clearances with fixture modifications. Sure Link Systems also removes and/or relocates partitions, desks, etc. As part of the installation process, we may provide built-in racks, termination cabinets and boards, and other fixture modifications on-site. Operational Training Our technicians complete the project by performing an orientation for on-site personnel. While not a systems training session, this is often very helpful in orienting the local manager or systems administrator as to the location of the equipment and the work completed at the site. Network Startup and Test Our Company assumes
complete responsibility for all on-site preparation and equipment placement, and upon
completion of those tasks, will perform a test of all network devices including an on-line
test to client DP facilities. Sure Link Systems develop a completion process with our
client's staff that includes specific system tests and implementation checklists to verify
and confirm operation.
